A pound is exactly 0.45359237 kilograms. That is a definition from the 1959 agreement that also fixed the inch, so there is no measurement error in the factor. Going from kilograms to pounds means dividing by it, so 1 kg comes out as 2.204623 pounds, with more digits after that.
