Do I need an account to contact you?
No. The form opens an email in your own mail app, and you send it from your own address. There is no ticket portal and no chatbot.
Can I send you the file that failed?
Please describe it instead. Say what kind of file it is, its size, and what the tool did. We can nearly always find the bug from that, and it keeps your document with you.
How long until I get a reply?
Most messages get a reply within two working days. One person runs the site, so it can take a little longer now and then.
Where do I report a security issue?
Use this form with Something else, and start your message with the word Security. Please give us time to fix the problem before you share the details.
